I had a great experience with XS Direct. They were the only insurance company in Ireland that would insure me on an American license. They have always been very helpful and prompt. Great to do business with them.
I do need to get a proof no claims bonus, so I'm hoping I can still get in touch with someone who can provide that for me.

Great customer service and unbelievable quote's for me and surely other customers too.
Only thing that bothers me is when every year I have to go thru whole process again. Would love to be just contacted for confirmation that I continue.. or just simplified that process.

May 12, 2021I've used XS Direct for years and have always found them the best choice. I'm a driver with nearly 30 years driving experience, no accidents, no claims and no points. Yet my premiums with other insurers always kept going up. I switched to XS Direct and have only positive to say about them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sep 6, 2021These people are fraud. The worst experience ever. I seriously don't understand how they are license to insure. I'm not even mad or upset I'm just talking the truth. Please do not under any circumstances insure your motor with them 🚫

After several attempts to get my first insurance and being refused with no further explanation by other companies . I have tried XS and I was assisted by the agent Rafael dos Santos. Very calm, non-push and realiable adviser. I finnaly got insured and would defo renew with XS.

After spending days on the internet and on the phone and having been told "NO" over and over again, I came across XS Insurance. The lady I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable, I was insured within a day. I had been told by "locals" that I would be ripped off as a foreigner with a foreign licence. I am pleased to say that I was not ripped off. I received a fair quote and have renewed this year with them as their pricing is excellent. I did do investigations and compared many quotations for the renewal and even after the online "discounts" XS still came out on top. Thank you for your excellent product and services.
