Set of Early Years Observation Templates

A handy set of observation templates to use in the early years foundation stage, ideal to use in your early years setting to assess each child’s development based on the prime and specific areas of learning (as laid out in Development Matters). These templates have been created in Microsoft Word so you can easily input text and alter the headings if necessary.
